This week, I’m sharing some of my research with two of our most powerful modalities - High-power PEMF and High-Volume Hydrogen Inhalation. High-Intensity Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy
In my 15 years of experience using PEMFs of various intensities tells me the same thing research supports: low intensity PEMFs may require treatments to last a very long time or may need to be continuous. By contrast, high intensity PEMF systems provide symptomatic benefits in less than a month with just minutes per day of treatment.
Having worked with elite athletes and physical medicine practitioners such as physiotherapists and chiropractors, as well as brain health doctors, my general experience is that the lower intensity is great for building immunity and improving sleep while the high-intensity will reach deeper problems (neurological, muscular, bone, and most cells) that not much else can and quickly.
Our bodies’ cells require a electricity to function properly. When the voltage falls due to aging, disease or injury, cells do not work properly, leading to illnesses and cells malfunctioning. PEMF raises the cells’ currents with its magnetic pulses, which reduces or stops the release of inflammatory receptors. When cells’ voltage is improved, they can heal and recover far more efficiently.
High-intensity PEMF therapy is also known as PEMT (pulsed electromagnetic therapy), High-Power PEMF, HI-PEMF (in gene therapies) and HIEM (High-Induction Electromagnetic) treatment, or HIES (High-Inductive Electromagnetic Stimulation). High-intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields are generally considered being over 2000 Gauss or 0.2 Tesla. In contrast, the Earth’s magnetic field intensity measures 1.1-1.2 Gauss. Many low intensity systems such as our Low-intensity PEMF package offers intensities in this range (up to 22 G).
In cellular studies, higher intensities demonstrate substantial increase in regeneration and recovery of bones, cartilages, neural stem cells, energy levels (ATP). In addition it has a great effect on the process of electroporation, thereby increasing nutrient and supplement absorption.
Clinically, Hi-intensity PEMF treatment has been studied for use in chronic back pain, post-traumatic postoperative lower back pain, stem cell regeneration (gene electrotransfection), CRPS, neuropathy, thoracic outlet syndrome (compressed nerves), endometriosis and more studies are on-going.

High-Volume Hydrogen Inhalation
We’ve been publishing research review studies of high-concentration hydrogen and oxygen (3-4L/min) that support the use for diabetes and pre-diabetic conditions.
Visceral fat is the deeply situated fat that surrounds the abdominal organs including the stomach, liver, intestines, stomach, pancreas, etc. Visceral fat is a normal part of human anatomy and physiology. It serves to protect the internal organs and plays key roles in maintaining metabolic and immune balance and in the temporary storage and supply of energy absorbed from the digestive tract.
While excessive visceral fat contributes to having a bigger belly, when at normal levels, it is not outwardly perceptible. Subcutaneous fat, the fat found just below the skin, is an outwardly perceptible type of fat that tends to accumulate around abdomen, hips, thighs, and buttocks. Subcutaneous fat can be pinched. On the other hand, visceral fat is too deeply situated below the abdominal muscles (literally around the viscera) to be directly palpated. Visceral fat is also associated with Brain Structural Changes and Cognitive Function.

In two clinical trials using 3000 ml/min or 3 L/min hydrogen inhalation in 431 and 1088 type-2 diabetes patients, it was found that it significantly improves glycemic control, weight, insulin dose, lipid metabolism, β-cell function and insulin resistance of patients with type 2 diabetes after 6 months. They applied 1-6 hours hydrogen inhalation daily for the studies. This is big news for all those who love to eat! One can clearly note the shrinking of visceral fat within a few sessions, its incredible how its all achieved by the cleanest and smallest antioxidant possible.
Although these studies are limited to diabetes patients, I wouldn’t be surprised that high concentration hydrogen inhalation and H2+O2 or Oxydrogen inhalation may show superior effects in its already accepted uses at lower dose for cancer, stroke, lung function and musculoskeletal disorders. I certainly find that 1-2 hours at 1500-3000 in the morning while waking, sets me up for a loooong and mostly productive day of writing, babysitting, teaching, talking, playing the guitar or tennis. What also makes my day, is when I hear from our clients that it helped them sleep well, be well and prosper.
Hydrogen Inhalation Machines
The following Hydrogen therapy machines are simple to use and do not require anything complex, installation should not take more than a few minutes. All we have to do is fill in distilled water, connect the hoses/nasal cannulas and start the machine.

Higher doses will have deeper effects. Considering an average weighted (140 lbs.) individual inhales 6000 ml/min of air, a dosage of 600 would be 10% of their inhaled breath. The systems produce Hydrogen and Oxygen in 2:1 ratio by splitting the water molecule. So the 900 model provides 600 ml H2 + 3000 O2, providing a dosage of 10% H2, which is considered a high dose in itself. Nevertheless, the higher volumes provide deeper effects and reduce the time needed.
The Basic H2+O2 Machine is also a great choice if you have a budget limitation and still want to try oxy-hydrogen at the minimum doses (225 ml/min) and be able to make HRW. If you have a Basic for more than 6 months, it’s certainly time to try the bigger and better hydropower, your brain will thank you!
